BIG PRICE REDUCTION TO $9900!!!!

It's with pride and excitement that Vintage Bros offers this very rare 1936 16' Gar Wood Model 602. According to the seller, it is one of 5 hulls produced and the only one built with a 6 cylinder engine.

This boat was aquired from a long-term owner who was in the process of restoring it prior to his passing, so the boat is a project. The seller said that much of the hard work has been done, including a replacement bottom, rebuilt engine, and rechromed hardware.

At Vintage Bros, we are antique and classic boat enthusiasts first and boat brokers second. We love what we do and would be proud to own any of the boats we sell.

HULL

According to the seller, the prior owner was a devout classic boat hobbyist and installed the 3M 5200 bottom himself.

The hull-side and deck planks look to be original. Many have cracks and dutchman.

INTERIOR

The interior needs to be done. The gauges and steering wheel look terrific. The next owner has the opportunity to pick whatever color they desire!

MECHANICAL

The engine is the original 103 hp, Gray Marine 6 cylinder that came with the boat. It was rebuilt by Van Ness Engineering in 2015 and should make this boat really scoot!  The boat comes with a roadworthy trailer.

OVERVIEW

This boat is a rare offering: in my opinion, it has the potential to be a show winner when properly restored and finished.  Call Jim at 513 678 9379.
